Overview:
The Vice President of Marketing at Next Step is responsible for leading the overall marketing strategy, brand development, and customer engagement initiatives. This executive will oversee all digital and traditional marketing efforts, ensure consistent brand messaging, and drive customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty. The VP of Marketing will work closely with the President, CEO, and other executive team members to execute innovative campaigns that align with Next Step's futuristic, AI-driven brand identity.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
Lead branding and creative direction to maintain a cohesive and futuristic brand identity.
Manage the development and execution of advertising campaigns, partnerships, and promotional initiatives.
Work closely with the product and technology teams to integrate AI-driven marketing solutions and customer personalization.
Oversee public relations (PR) and media strategies to position Next Step as an innovative leader in AI-powered retail.
Develop and oversee customer loyalty programs and engagement strategies to increase repeat business.
Track, analyze, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure marketing effectiveness and optimize strategies.
Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective allocation of resources.
Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing marketing team.
Qualifications:
10+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Experience in retail, tech-driven companies, or AI-powered businesses is a plus.
Strong background in digital marketing, branding, and data-driven marketing strategies.
Proven ability to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through innovative campaigns.
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Experience in managing multi-channel marketing campaigns and working with external agencies.
Understanding of AI and automation-driven marketing strategies is a major advantage.
