The VP of Logistics will oversee Next Step’s warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, order fulfillment, and last-mile delivery. They will manage both human and robotic warehouse staff and optimize product flow to retail locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee warehouse automation and logistics systems.
Manage supplier relations and optimize inventory levels.
Ensure timely and efficient product distribution to Next Step locations.
Lead warehouse workforce, including human and robotic workers.
Develop cost-effective and scalable supply chain solutions.
Qualifications:
10+ years in supply chain, logistics, or fulfillment operations.
Experience with automated warehouse systems and last-mile delivery.
Strong leadership in human-robot warehouse integration.
Familiarity with AI-driven forecasting and inventory optimization.
