Overview:
The President of Next Step will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction, growth, and profitability of the company. This individual will leverage their expertise in the grocery and convenience store industry to ensure Next Step remains competitive while integrating AI and robotic technologies. They will work closely with the executive team to optimize operations, drive customer engagement, and expand Next Step’s footprint.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute business strategies aligned with Next Step’s mission.
Oversee financial performance, ensuring revenue growth and profitability.
Establish partnerships with grocery suppliers and automation technology providers.
Work with AI and robotics teams to improve customer experience.
Lead expansion efforts into new locations and markets.
Collaborate with the CEO on fundraising and investor relations.
Qualifications:
10+ years in grocery, convenience store, or retail executive leadership.
Experience with automated retail, e-commerce, or AI-driven stores preferred.
Strong understanding of supply chain, pricing strategies, and customer experience.
Proven ability to scale multi-location operations.
