The Facility Director will oversee daily store operations, ensuring seamless customer experiences and effective coordination between human and robotic staff. While the Store Manager title is reserved for the humanoid AI, this role ensures real-world execution of store functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise human personnel working alongside robotics.
Ensure store cleanliness, efficiency, and compliance with regulations.
Handle customer service, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
Work closely with AI & robotics teams to refine automated processes.
Monitor store security and emergency response protocols.
Qualifications:
5+ years in retail, convenience store, or grocery management.
Experience working with automated or self-checkout stores is a plus.
Strong ability to manage human-robot collaboration in retail.
Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
